URGENT: Help People and Pets Affected by Devastating Floods in Texas

New Floods Ravage Area Hit Hard One Year Ago

Last July, Texas Hill Country in central Texas was decimated by floods, killing over 130 people — including the young campers at Camp Mystic, leaving hundreds of families displaced, and causing catastrophic damage. Now, the deadly floodwaters are back and communities that already experienced unimaginable loss are being battered again. Torrential rain has caused flash flooding and rivers to rise as much as 25 feet, resulting in at least one death, so far.

Local animal shelters are seeing an influx of displaced and lost pets in need of food and care while they wait to be reunited with their families.

We are mobilizing to help those impacted and need your help now!

Our partner, Greater Good Charities, is distributing emergency humanitarian and pet supplies where they’re needed most — including emergency supply packs and additional hygiene supplies and other essentials — to support impacted communities, first responders, and law enforcement as search and rescue efforts continue.

Your support powers their response and helps ensure families, pets, and responders have what they need now — and as recovery continues.

With your help, we can continue to deliver critical supplies to support emergency operations and bring urgent relief to people and pets affected by this disaster. Please give now to help Texas communities devastated by flooding.

Greater Good Charities is dedicated to being there when it matters. They approach flood response in three complementary ways: thinking ahead and preparing communities for imminent natural disasters, responding during flooding by helping on the ground with supplies and relief work, and boosting recovery by directly aiding people and pets and helping to rebuild infrastructure.
